Spaghetti Alio-Alio MamaMin

Ini favourite my hubby!

Bahan2 :

1. Udang besar 1/2 kg (siap kupas)
2. Bawang putih 10 biji (the more the better, this is one of the key ingredient) cincang
3. Virgin Olive Oil 5 senduk besar (invest in very quality olive oil, another key ingredient)
4. Basil Leaves - dried (banyak jual kat supermarket)
5. Daun parsley - cincang
7. Spaghetti - 1 packet
8. Serbuk cili kering / flakes (bukan cilibo tau) - ikut your pedas level

Cara2 :
1. Rebus spaghetti, put some garam agar spaghetti ada rasa sikit. Once el-dante, angkat & tos.
2. Panaskan kuali, tuang olive oil. Tumis bawang putih. Make sure api sederhana, otherwise bwang putih hangit.
3. Masukkan udang & sedikit garam to taste. Tunggu sampai udang masak about 5-10 mins.
4. Masukkan chilli flakes and basil leaves. Kacau.
5. Masukkan spaghetti dan kacau hingga sebati. Tabur garam to taste.
6. Hiaskan dengan daun parsley. Hidang panas2 and makan. Kalau sejuk tak best.
